For June, July and August:
Stay June OR Aug only - $500 a month plus electricity
Stay July only - Weekly rates apply
Stay 2 months - June, July OR July, Aug - $600-- a month plus electricity
Stay 3 months - June, July, Aug consecutively - $500 a month plus electricity
Stay any time September through May - $340 a month plus electricity
Electricity rate is .15 cents/kwh
